Role Responsibilities
The successful Primary Science & English Teacher will:
- Deliver dynamic English lessons that enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Teach engaging Science lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Science Framework, promoting curiosity and critical thinking.
- Organize meaningful events, class projects, and extracurricular activities related to Science and English.
- Track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Work closely with colleagues to enrich the curriculum and enhance instructional strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that motivates students to participate and grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline
- Teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience
- Strong understanding of the Cambridge Primary Science curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong commitment to professional development
- Fluency in spoken and written English
