Role Overview: Secondary English Teacher (Native English Speaker)
We are looking for a highly motivated Secondary English Teacher who can engage learners and foster a love for literature, language, and effective communication. In this role, you will plan and deliver English lessons that challenge students academically while nurturing their creativity and confidence. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to ongoing curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary level
- In-depth knowledge of English language and literature curricula
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English (native level required)
- Strong commitment to student learning and academic success
- Experience working in a multicultural or international school setting
- Confidence in using technology to enhance instruction
- Proactive, independent, and team-oriented attitude
