Role Overview: Psychology Teacher
We are looking for a skilled Psychology Teacher to deliver engaging lessons aligned with international standards. The successful candidate will design and implement a rigorous psychology curriculum that encourages critical thinking, research, and practical application. The role involves teaching upper secondary students and may include preparation for international examinations such as IGCSE, A Level, or AP Psychology, depending on the school’s curriculum structure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching license or recognized certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching psychology at the high school level
- In-depth understanding of secondary psychology curriculum frameworks
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Enthusiasm for working within a diverse international school community
