Role Overview: High School Mathematics Teacher (IB/AP)
As a High School Math Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging instruction in mathematics to students in Grades 9–12, with a focus on IB and AP-level content. You will develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, assess student progress, and encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least one year of relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international or IB/AP setting
- Deep knowledge of high school math content, including algebra, calculus, and statistics
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion within the school community
- Ability to integrate educational technology effectively in the classroom
- Enthusiasm for contributing to extracurricular and whole-school initiatives
