Position: History Teacher
As a History Teacher at GPS, you will deliver engaging and academically rigorous history lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and values. You will inspire students to understand the relevance of history in modern society while helping them develop analytical and research skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least two years of experience teaching History or a related subject
- Excellent subject knowledge and lesson planning skills
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for working with students in an international school setting
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proactive, self-motivated, and dedicated to professional development
- Comfortable integrating technology to enhance student learning
- Collaborative and able to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
