Role: Business Studies Teacher
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to deliver engaging lessons and guide students through the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint and IGCSE syllabus. This role involves teaching business concepts to a wide age range and preparing students for success in both internal assessments and external examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Business Studies to students at pre-school, primary, and secondary levels
- Design lesson plans aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards
- Prepare students for Checkpoint and IGCSE business exams
- Foster classroom engagement through active learning strategies
- Monitor student performance and provide targeted feedback
- Support co-curricular activities and school-wide initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an international or IGCSE school
- Expertise in Cambridge Business Studies curriculum and exam formats
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Passion for international education and cross-cultural learning environments
