Role: Classroom Teacher (Year 3 to Year 6)

As a Primary Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Cambridge International Curriculum. You will differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL), and actively contribute to the school’s collaborative teaching culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans for students in Years 3–6 that foster academic growth and creativity
• Integrate EAL strategies to support language development and ensure full participation
• Track student progress using formative and summative assessments
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular units and share best practices
• Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and conferences
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, events, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally in a similar international setting
• Knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum is highly desirable
• Experience supporting EAL students is an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning
