Deputy Headteacher, Krabi International School, Thailand

This school is based in Krabi, Thailand and is looking for a Deputy Headteacher

As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include providing instructional leadership, managing staff performance, and facilitating professional development opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive school culture, promoting effective communication among staff, students and parents, and ensuring the well-being and safety of all members of the school community.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• • PGCE or equivalent.
• • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• • 5+ years’ experience in teaching roles.
• • 2+ years’ experience in leadership roles.
• • Native English speaker.
• • Strong references and a clean criminal background check.

• • Proven track record of high standards in teaching and learning.
