Role: DP Design Technology Teacher

As a DP Design Technology Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging IB DP Design Technology lessons, integrating engineering, innovation, and digital design
• Develop dynamic lesson plans aligned with IB Diploma Programme (DP) standards
• Foster students’ problem-solving, design-thinking, and analytical skills
• Implement project-based learning that encourages creativity, collaboration, and hands-on experimentation
• Assess student progress using diverse evaluation methods
• Create an inclusive, student-centered classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning
• Stay updated on IB curriculum advancements through professional development

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Design Technology, Engineering, Education, or equivalent)
• Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB-accredited school
• Experience with IB DP Design Technology curriculum (preferred)
• Passion for fostering creativity, problem-solving, and innovation in students
• Commitment to professional growth and collaborative teaching
