Role: Drama Teacher

As a Drama Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support the development of creativity and performance skills
• Design lesson plans, year plans, and unit outlines in alignment with the curriculum
• Use a range of teaching strategies and resources, including technology, to enhance learning
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Provide regular feedback, assess student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to school productions, drama clubs, and other co-curricular activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Drama, or a related field
• Postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of relevant teaching experience
• Experience with Cambridge IGCSE Drama curriculum and a strong track record of student achievement
