Role: EAL Teacher

As an EAL Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to EAL learners
• Develop unit plans, lesson plans, and differentiated materials that meet individual student needs
• Establish clear learning goals and track student progress effectively
• Integrate educational technologies and learning resources
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support EAL students across the curriculum
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress
• Participate in professional development and school-wide activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
• Postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant EAL teaching experience
• Experience working in international schools and familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is preferred
