Role: EAL Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality EAL instruction aligned with the British curriculum
• Support students with varying levels of English proficiency across multiple age groups
• Use a range of assessment tools to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with class teachers to provide targeted language support within the mainstream classroom
• Design individual and group interventions to accelerate language acquisition
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote inclusive education and language development
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to support student learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with the British curriculum and EAL teaching strategies
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for working in a diverse international community
• Competence in using digital tools to enhance language learning
• Self-motivated, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
