Early Childhood Education Teacher – Singapore Cambodia International Academy (SCIA)
Singapore Cambodia International Academy (SCIA) is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. Located in Phnom Penh, SCIA provides high-quality international education for students aged 2 to 18. Our curriculum blends the strengths of the Singapore education system with the globally recognized Cambridge curriculum, offering a holistic learning experience tailored to the developmental needs of each age group. For early years learners, we emphasize inquiry-based learning, creative expression, and emotional development in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
At SCIA, we believe in educating the whole child. Our Play Network enrichment hub offers diverse programmes in performing arts, STEM, sports, and other co-curricular areas. These experiences help our youngest students explore their interests and grow into confident, curious learners.

Role: Early Childhood Education Teacher
As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you will create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth. You will foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Experience in early years or preschool teaching
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- A child-centered, creative, and patient approach to learning
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and engage in continuous professional development
