Role: Early Childhood Homeroom Teacher

As an Early Childhood Homeroom Teacher, you will create a stimulating, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages young learners to develop a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills. This role requires creativity, patience, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe and motivated to learn.
• Incorporate hands-on activities, play-based learning, and interactive teaching methods to enhance engagement.
• Assess student progress and provide individualized support to help each child achieve academic milestones.
• Establish strong communication with parents, updating them on student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching strategies and curriculum effectiveness.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Pre-AP, AP, or IB Certification preferred.
• Strong commitment to student-focused learning and fostering a love for education.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment that supports young learners’ development.
