Job Summary

Mulberry House International School is looking for qualified teachers who have studied and have teaching experience in United Kingdom and USA Australia and Canada to start as soon as possible. We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and qualified Early Years Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and be skilled in creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the learning and development of our young learners, fostering their curiosity, and preparing them for a lifelong educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver educational activities that facilitate active learning experiences, promoting the intellectual and social development of children.
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives specific to early years.
• Assess and record each child’s progress, ensuring the identification of any special needs and providing support as necessary.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to children’s growth, well-being, and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support and promote the objectives of the school.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to school policies and standards to ensure the safety and security of all students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognized for early years education.
• Proven experience as an Early Years Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
• Strong understanding of the developmental milestones of young children and how to support them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
