Position: Early Years Teacher
As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning. You will create a supportive, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, communication, and independence in young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and guide children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery and Reception)
- Design play-based, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Encourage creativity, language development, social skills, and emotional well-being
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Work closely with parents to support each child’s individual learning journey
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and cross-curricular activities
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning in the early years setting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and the Cambridge curriculum
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, creative, and committed to continuous professional growth
