Key Stage 1 Teacher, New English School, Kuwait

This job is based in Kuwait City and is looking for a Key Stage 1 Teacher.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Implementation: Deliver engaging and rigorous lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum, ensuring high standards of education.
  • Adaptable Teaching: Demonstrate flexibility in teaching methodologies to cater to students at various stages in their academic journey, fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
  • Individualized Instruction: Tailor teaching strategies to address the diverse needs and abilities of each child, creating a supportive and personalized learning experience.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct regular assessments and observations to monitor students’ progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback.
  • Parental Engagement: Establish effective communication channels with parents, offering regular updates on students’ achievements and encouraging active involvement in their child’s education.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team meetings, fostering a cooperative and innovative teaching environment.
  • Classroom Management: Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive, safe, and conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Commitment to High Standards: Uphold the school’s commitment to providing the highest possible standards of education, instilling a passion for learning in students.
Qualifications:
  • Specialization or experience in Key Stage 1 education.
  • Familiarity with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in teaching.
  • Alignment with the school’s mission and commitment to maintaining high standards of education.
