Role: Early Years Classroom Teacher

As an Early Years Classroom Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational foundation of young learners. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons, fostering social and emotional growth, and creating a stimulating classroom environment where children thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and open-ended activities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student learning and development.
  • Implement best practices in early childhood education, staying updated on current teaching methodologies.
  • Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in young learners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent certification).
  • Proven experience in teaching early years students.
  • A passion for student-centered, inquiry-based learning.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual learning needs.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
