Role: EYFS Teacher

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in building a strong foundation for early learners. You will foster a love for learning, encourage creativity, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where young learners thrive.
• Develop lesson plans that promote curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Implement play-based learning strategies to support holistic child development.
• Utilize technology and modern teaching tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a seamless learning journey for students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A B.Ed. or a subject-related degree, along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching EYFS students in an international or British curriculum school.
• A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
• The ability to share best teaching practices and inspire young learners.
• A commitment to career growth, leadership, and sustainability in education.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students, parents, and colleagues.
