Kindergarten Teacher, GEMS Heritage Indian School – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This school is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is looking for a Kindergarten Teacher. 

To create an engaging and inspiring learning environment for young students, fostering their development and nurturing their love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver dynamic and creative lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and learning styles of kindergarten students.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and educational resources to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, needs, and areas for development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.

Job Specification:

Experience:

• A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
• Experience teaching in the UAE or at least 2-3 years in the home country is an added advantage. (certificate to be attested)
• Candidates who are able to join immediately will be given preference.

Education / Certifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Certified teaching qualification such as B.Ed. or Montessori, with UAE attestation.
