Role: Middle School English Learning Support Specialist

As a Learning Support Specialist (LSS), you will:

• Provide academic, social, emotional, and behavioral support to middle school students.
• Design individualized learning strategies to address students’ difficulties.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure student progress.
• Offer guidance, resources, and strategies to classroom teachers.
• Contribute to school programs and duty schedules as per school policy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
• At least four years of experience supporting high school students.
• Over six years of teaching experience, preferably in Middle or High School English.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• A patient, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
