Position Overview: English Teacher
We are seeking a qualified English Teacher who can deliver dynamic and engaging lessons across secondary levels. You will plan and implement a curriculum aligned with the Cambridge standards, focusing on reading comprehension, writing, grammar, speaking, and literature. Your role will include assessing student progress, providing individualized feedback, and fostering a positive and respectful classroom culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of English literature and language instruction
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to teaching and learning
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching
