The Role: EYFS Homeroom Teacher

As an EYFS Homeroom Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons following the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and structured learning activities.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to guide learning.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress.
• Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance early learning experiences.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, primary education, or a related field.
• A valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching in an EYFS or early years setting.
• A passion for child-centered learning, creativity, and play-based education.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
