Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with EYFS learning goals
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support each child’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Track student progress and maintain accurate assessment records
- Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with colleagues
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, EYFS Certificate)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching in an EYFS or similar setting
- Familiarity with the English National Curriculum
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Tech-savvy and proactive in integrating digital tools into the classroom
- Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable to working in a multicultural setting
