Position: Female EYFS Class Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that align with the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
• Use adaptive teaching strategies to support the unique learning styles of each child.
• Foster a love for learning by incorporating storytelling, hands-on activities, and creative play.
• Support language, communication, and social development through interactive and engaging lessons.
• Establish a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy through fun and meaningful activities.
• Ensure effective classroom management while promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
• Use educational technology and interactive resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Provide pastoral care to support students’ social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative lesson plans and school-wide initiatives.
• Engage in co-curricular programs and whole-school activities to enrich student experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, EYFS certification, or an equivalent credential).
• Proven experience teaching EYFS or early years students in a British or international school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development, early literacy, and numeracy strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for creating engaging and stimulating learning environments.
