Since 2006, Phorms Education has stood for a lively, broad-based educational network with bilingual German-English daycare centers and schools, as well as a teacher training academy and two independent international schools. Our three state-recognized alternative schools in the Frankfurt region are particularly characterized by their focus on STEM subjects. At the same time, we are looking for committed teachers for the subject of German, for every type of school (primary school, secondary school and high school).

• Planning an appropriate and competence-oriented learning offer based on the existing curricula
• Creating a positive, supportive and welcoming learning environment in the classroom
• Assessment of student performance, including preparation and correction of performance records and issuing of certificate grades
• Use of differentiated teaching methods and teaching materials to meet the different needs and interests of the students
• Organization, implementation and follow-up of teaching projects and parent meetings
• Regular participation in official events and conferences

This is what you bring with you

• Teaching qualification for the respective school type (ideally 2nd state examination) with a specialization in German or equivalent qualifications from Austria or Switzerland
• Experience with differentiated teaching methods that promote independent learning
• Interest in the development and implementation of new educational concepts, great commitment and team spirit
• Fluent English and interest in working in an international team
• High commitment and enthusiasm for our educational concept
• Enjoyment of working with young people and awareness of one’s own role model function
