Role Overview: Global Perspectives Teacher
As a Global Perspectives Teacher, you will lead engaging lessons that challenge students to think critically, explore global issues, and develop essential 21st-century skills. You’ll play a key role in encouraging open-mindedness, analytical thinking, and cross-cultural understanding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Global Studies, Social Sciences, Education, or a related discipline
- Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent international certification)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role or subject
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum planning skills
- Excellent classroom management and communication abilities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to innovate and adapt in a multicultural school setting
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Competence in integrating educational technologies into lessons
