Role Overview: Head of Elementary
As Head of Elementary, you will provide academic leadership, mentor teaching staff, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the elementary division. You will work closely with school leadership to implement a modern, student-focused curriculum and foster a nurturing, inclusive school culture.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching license or certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within an international or bilingual school
- Deep understanding of elementary education and child development
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to lead curriculum innovation and promote academic excellence
