Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Vision:
  • Lead and inspire the school’s staff and students, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the school’s mission and vision.
  • Maintain high standards of educational excellence and student achievement.
• Academic Excellence:
  • Oversee the development and delivery of a rigorous, relevant, and engaging curriculum.
  • Ensure that teaching methods and practices are innovative, inquiry-based, and student-centered.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
• Student Development:
  • Support the well-being and holistic development of all students, including those with additional needs.
  • Encourage students to engage in local and global projects related to sustainability and ecology.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Operational Management:
  • Manage the school’s resources efficiently, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including facilities, safety, and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
• Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the wider community.
