Role Overview
As a High School Math Teacher at XIA, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge students to think critically, apply problem-solving skills, and develop confidence in mathematics. You will play a key role in preparing students for academic success, university readiness, and lifelong learning. This position also involves contributing to curriculum development and actively participating in school-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach high school mathematics classes, ensuring lessons are interactive and student-centered
- Develop lesson plans that promote analytical and critical thinking

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level
- Familiarity with international curricula and global best practices in math education
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to inspire students from diverse cultural backgrounds
