About the Role
The successful candidate will teach History and Global Perspectives to Lower Secondary and IGCSE students. You will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons that inspire critical thinking, global awareness, and historical inquiry. Collaboration with colleagues to align curriculum goals and foster cross-curricular links is essential. This role also includes regular communication with parents and participation in school events and student enrichment programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in History, International Studies, or a related field
- Valid teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in a relevant role
- Native English speaker
- Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum preferred
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Technologically proficient with experience integrating digital tools in teaching
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
