Role Overview
The IB DP Biology Teacher will teach Biology within the Diploma Programme, fostering scientific inquiry and understanding through real-world applications. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme Biology framework
- Design and facilitate laboratory experiments that promote inquiry and scientific thinking
- Guide students in completing Internal Assessments and Extended Essays
- Integrate digital tools and technology to enhance learning outcomes
- Encourage environmental awareness and ethical scientific practices
- Assess student learning using formative and summative assessment methods

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or a related scientific field
- Valid teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or IB school setting
- Strong knowledge of the IB DP Biology curriculum and assessment requirements
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
