Role Overview

The IB PYP Class Teacher will create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes inquiry, collaboration, and creativity. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
• Encourage inquiry, problem-solving, and collaboration among students.
• Integrate bilingual learning experiences to support language development.
• Assess and monitor student progress to provide individualized support.
• Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Familiarity with IB PYP and international curricula.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English (Mandarin proficiency an advantage).
• Enthusiasm for teaching in a bilingual, multicultural environment.
