This school is based in Berne, Switzerland and is looking for an IB PYP Physical Education Teacher & Whole School Sports Coordinator

ISBerne seeks to appoint an IB PYP Physical Education Teacher. The successful candidate will inspire our students to engage fully in Physical Education lessons, building associated skills and experiencing enhanced wellbeing. They will connect with students and build caring professional relationships. The successful applicant will be an accomplished teacher with experience, enthusiasm and a passion for teaching which will motivate our students. A commitment to promoting intercultural understanding and inclusion are essential.

ISBerne is a member of The Swiss Group of International Schools. We participate in and host a range of sporting activities and competitions with associated coaching sessions on site. The successful candidate will coordinate this area of school life, for the whole school, with enthusiasm and dedication. They will possess strong organisational and communication skills, as well as an ability to problem solve and think critically. The ability to build good relationships with all stakeholders is central to this role.

Required
 Excellent classroom practitioner
 At least 2 years of IB PYP experience
 Strong communication skills in English
 Appropriate degree and teaching qualification
 Leadership and organisational skills

 Experience working in a European international school environment
