Role Overview
The IBDP Psychology Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that help students explore human behavior, cognitive processes, and social influences. The teacher will inspire curiosity and critical thinking, guiding students to connect psychological concepts to real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver IBDP Psychology lessons that meet IB standards.
- Encourage analytical thinking and inquiry-based learning in students.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations.
- Integrate technology and modern teaching tools into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Psychology, preferably in an IB or international school
- Deep understanding of IBDP curriculum requirements and assessment standards
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning
