Position: ICT Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons to students in middle and high school levels.
- Develop student understanding of key concepts in computer science, coding, digital literacy, and information technology.
- Incorporate hands-on projects, interactive software, and real-world scenarios into classroom instruction.
- Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Encourage a growth mindset and foster problem-solving skills through technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate ICT across other subjects and school-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Valid teaching license (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in ICT or Computer Science.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
- Passion for integrating technology into education and enhancing digital competencies.
