Role: Computer Science/ICT Teacher (Up to Key Stage 5)

This role offers the opportunity to teach Computer Science and ICT to students up to Key Stage 5, preparing them for higher education and careers in the digital world. The ideal candidate should be an engaging educator who brings creativity and real-world applications into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Computer Science and ICT lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
• Teach key subjects such as coding, software development, networking, cybersecurity, and AI fundamentals.
• Utilize modern teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Prepare students for exams, competitions, and industry certifications.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the school’s STEM programs.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation in the classroom.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.
• Proven teaching experience in Computer Science or ICT.
• Valid teaching license (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of coding languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.), software development, and digital security.
• Passion for STEM education and integrating technology into learning.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Open to ECTs (Early Career Teachers) who demonstrate strong potential.
