This school is based in Manama, Bahrain and is looking for an IGCSE Maths Teacher.

Position Overview:
Multinational School Bahrain is seeking a dedicated and experienced IGCSE Maths Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Cambridge/British Curriculum, support students in achieving academic excellence, and contribute to the school’s ethos of inclusivity and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach IGCSE Mathematics following the Cambridge/British Curriculum.
• Design and implement lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance, assessments, and interventions.
• Support curriculum continuity across various educational phases.
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and educational projects.
• Adhere to and promote the school’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Knowledge:

• Up-to-date understanding of the Cambridge/British Curriculum in Mathematics.
• Awareness of effective classroom management techniques.

Skills and Abilities:

• Commitment to continuous curriculum development and effective planning.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years teaching IGCSE Mathematics.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Attested/Apostilled qualifications from the country of origin.
• Ongoing participation in professional development (CPD) activities.
