Role: Kindergarten Deputy Head
As the Deputy Head of Kindergarten, you will support the overall management of the Kindergarten department. You will work closely with the Head of School, lead teaching teams, and ensure that the early childhood curriculum reflects best practices in international education. Your leadership will shape a nurturing and academically stimulating environment for our youngest learners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education
- Strong understanding of the U.S. curriculum framework
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with faculty, parents, and external partners
- Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- A commitment to inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environments
- Passion for early years education and team development
