Role: Learning Support Teacher
As the Learning Support Teacher, you will provide targeted instruction and interventions to help students overcome learning barriers. You will collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure personalized strategies are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated instruction to support students with diverse learning needs
- Develop, monitor, and revise IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
- Use assessments and data to guide instruction and measure progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote inclusive classroom practices
- Offer guidance to teachers and parents on effective accommodations and strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field with Special Education certification
- Certified teaching qualification
- At least 2–3 years of experience in special educational needs (SEN) or inclusive education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt instructional methods and foster a positive learning environment
- Proficient in English; other language skills are a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
