Role Overview: Learning Support Teacher
As a Learning Support Teacher, you will identify and address individual learning needs, create intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers and parents to implement strategies that help students reach their full potential. You will play a key role in supporting students with learning differences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiation techniques
- Ability to build trust with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
- Skilled in using technology to support diverse learning styles
- Self-motivated and committed to professional development
