• You have a degree/qualification in Education,, recognized by the German Authorities
• You are confident working with students between 10 and 16 years old
• Good communication skills
• Experience working on school teaching platforms
• You can work well in cooperation with parents, teachers and management
• You are self-motivated and can work in a multicultural, multi professional team, students and families
• You are empathic to the students emotional and developmental needs
• You are enthusiastic and passionate about working with young learners
• You have great organization and time management skills
