Role: MS/HS Counselor

As a Middle School/High School Counselor, you will:

• Provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students.
• Support students in managing social, emotional, and academic challenges.
• Assist with college and career planning, helping students explore future opportunities.
• Develop and implement student support programs to promote well-being.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a positive learning environment.
• Utilize various counseling approaches to address students’ individual needs.
• Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions to help students develop coping strategies and decision-making skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Guidance, Education, or Social Work (preferred).
• At least two years of experience in school counseling or teaching.
• Knowledge of various counseling approaches and best practices.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital counseling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong empathy, interpersonal skills, and sensitivity to students’ needs.
• A passion for helping students succeed academically and personally.
