Role Overview: Music & Drama Teacher
As a Music & Drama Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across various age groups, fostering students’ musical and theatrical talents. You will play an integral role in school concerts, plays, assemblies, and extracurricular clubs. Collaboration with other faculty to develop cross-curricular projects and student showcases will also be part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Teach music and drama aligned with British curriculum standards
- Develop creative lesson plans that support both skill-building and self-expression
- Organize and lead school performances and productions
- Provide constructive feedback to support student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s artistic vision

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of relevant teaching experience
- Familiarity with British or international school curricula
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- A self-motivated educator with enthusiasm for creative arts in education
