This school is based in Heidelberg, Germany and is looking for a Pedagogical Specialists – day care center (Pädagogische Fachkräfte)
A multi-professional, international team in Heidelberg looks after a total of 30 children.
We are looking for full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20-hours) employees for the daycare area in Heidelberg.
Your tasks with us:
• Educational support and care for children aged 0-3 years
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of educational offers
• Documentation of child development and targeted support
• Supporting non-German speaking children in learning the German language
• Playful and creative design of the daily routine
• Planning excursions, celebrations and projects in a small team
• Parent work
We expect:
• successfully completed training as an educator, childhood educator, Childcare worker, psychologist, primary school teacher or similar
• Extended certificate of good conduct
• Empathy and loving interaction with children
• Joy and fun in dealing with children
• Career starters or people returning to work are also welcome
• Social skills and ability to work in a team
• set high standards for yourself and for the quality of your educational work
• Organizational skills
• Ability to observe and document development processes in a structured manner
• Implementation of the pedagogical concept
• Ability to self-critically reflect on one's work
• German as a first language or at a first language level
