About the Role: Physics Subject Leader (High School)
The successful candidate will lead the Physics department and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the IGCSE and A Level curricula. Leadership skills, subject expertise, and a commitment to educational excellence are essential for this role.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related subject
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience, ideally in a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated success in teaching IGCSE and A Level Physics
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in using digital tools to support learning and assessment
- Self-driven and committed to professional development and innovation
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with students and staff
