We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, the teacher will inspire students through the fascinating world of physics, fostering a deep understanding of scientific concepts and their real-world applications. The ideal candidate will create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that promote curiosity and academic excellence. The Physics Teacher will be responsible for developing innovative lesson plans and hands-on activities that enhance students critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Collaborating closely with fellow teachers and the academic department, the teacher will contribute to a comprehensive curriculum that support both academic and personal growth.

Academic Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in physics or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• A master’s degree in physics or a closely related field is highly desirable.
• Teaching qualification: Completion of a recognized teacher education programme.
• English Proficiency: The ability to teach in English is required. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential, as all lessons and documentation will be in English.

2. Curriculum Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the national curriculum or equivalent physics teaching standards for secondary school education.
• Familiarity with and experience in delivering Edexcel or Cambridge (IGCSE and A-Level) curriculums is highly preferable. Experience with these international curricula will highly be considered as an advantage.
• Understanding of assessment methods, including formative and summative assessments, and how to track student progress.
• Additional certifications in classroom management, student counselling, or curriculum development will be an asset.

Experience Requirements:
1. Teaching Experience:
• At least 3–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level, specifically in Physics.
Experience teaching mixed ability groups and advanced physics topics is beneficial.
• Proven experience in delivering Edexcel or Cambridge curricula, particularly at IGCSE and A-Level stages, is very preferable.
• Experience in developing and implementing lesson plans and curriculum delivery aligned with school or other national and international requirements.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering online lessons, as well as using virtual platforms for hybrid
or remote teaching.
