PK–12 Art Teacher – Bandung Alliance Intercultural School (BAIS), Indonesia
Bandung Alliance Intercultural School (BAIS) is currently hiring a passionate and experienced PK–12 Art Teacher. This full-time teaching position offers a unique opportunity to join one of Indonesia’s most established international schools while shaping young artists across all grade levels.

Role: PK–12 Art Teacher
As the PK–12 Art Teacher, you will develop and deliver engaging visual arts lessons for students from early childhood through high school. Your role will involve guiding students through various artistic techniques and media, nurturing their creative expression, and encouraging critical thinking through the lens of visual arts.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach art lessons aligned with curriculum standards across PK–12
- Introduce students to various art forms, tools, and media
- Organize student exhibitions and contribute to school-wide arts events
- Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Foster a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and engage in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of art teaching experience, preferably across multiple grade levels
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for inspiring creativity in a diverse international school community
- Commitment to professional growth and innovation in art education
