A. JOB FUNCTION

• Ensure the classroom environment is always ready for children to be active;
• Absolutely protect the health and life of children during the time they are in the assigned class;
• Directly nurture, care for, educate children and be responsible for the quality of care and education of children in the assigned class;
• Observe children to plan daily and weekly lessons for them and ensure the quality of implementation of those plans;
• Coordinate with families and communities in nurturing, caring for and educating children;
• Coordinate with classroom teachers to monitor and develop individual development plans for children;
• Support other tasks as required by management;
• Participate in training, events, seminars as assigned;
• Undertake other tasks assigned by direct manager.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

• Graduated from College majoring in Preschool;
• Priority is given to candidates with Montessori assistant certificate.

2. Experience

• Have at least 2 years of teaching experience. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in bilingual/international school systems.

3. Related knowledge/skills

• Standard Vietnamese pronunciation, clear and expressive voice;
• Good teaching and situation handling skills;
• Love children and understand age psychology;
• Passionate, dynamic, creative, enthusiastic and not afraid of change, wanting to develop in a dynamic, challenging working environment;
• Ability to read and understand English texts well, basic English communication;
• Good use of office computer tools and some application software for teaching in class and online teaching.
