Role Overview
The Primary Drama Teacher will design and deliver engaging drama lessons that encourage students to explore self-expression, storytelling, and performance. Through role play, movement, and collaborative projects, you will help students build confidence, communication skills, and a deeper appreciation of the performing arts.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach drama to primary students using creative, interactive, and experiential methods.
- Develop lesson plans that align with Waldorf educational principles.
- Foster creativity, imagination, and teamwork in every class.
- Organize performances, assemblies, and school-wide drama activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in primary or Waldorf settings.
- Strong knowledge of drama education and performance-based teaching.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Commitment to professional growth and innovative teaching practices.
